In addition to being a certified health coach, I am also an RN. I got my health coach certification from IIN-Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I graduated from nursing school in 2009 from Anna Maria College back in Massachusetts, where I’m originally from. I currently live in San Diego, CA, right on the coast in Ocean Beach with my senior pup, or as I like to call him, “the goodest boy”, Cojax, AND my newest addition, a puppy, Luna! I love all things outdoors, but especially camping, hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. I also enjoy and am a regular at my local yoga studio as well as a Crossfit gym. I nerd out over books and podcasts. And I’m always trying to make my own food from scratch in the kitchen. I also love to travel and see new places. My next big trip will be backpacking a portion of the Pacific Crest Trail this summer. Oh and I’m also sober!

Megan and Anna collaborated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Orthopedic Surgeon to develop their program and organized it into four chapters: enhancing stability, improving posture, activating muscles that support the lower back, and increasing participants' mobility and flexibility. Their company, Steko, offers 20-minute movement sessions at corporate offices, conducted in courtyards, common areas, conference rooms, or workstations.
